What actually changes when I upgrade?

Capacity, and nothing else. Every feature in DumpNotes is available on Free — Pro raises your daily AI allowance 20× and your monthly allowance 10×. We’d rather be straight with you about that than pad this page with features you already have.

What happens if I hit the free limit?

Your notes are always yours — nothing is locked, deleted or held hostage. The AI features pause until your allowance resets, and the tracker in the app tells you exactly when that is. You can keep writing the whole time.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, in one click, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. No cancellation flow designed to wear you down, no phone call, no "are you sure" maze.

What if I change my mind?

You have 14 days. If Pro isn’t worth it to you, ask and you get your money back — that’s our published Refunds policy, not a favour we might do.

Is my payment information safe?

Checkout is handled entirely by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Your card details go to them and never touch our servers — we never see, store or process a card number.
